How long does shipping take? 

8-14 days not including weekends (PRESALE ORDERS TAKE THE LISTED TIME IN ITS DESCRIPTION). If you ordered a presale item and regular sale item in one order they will ship once the presale item is ready.

Unfortunately, our software does not allow us to adjust prices to finalized purchases. Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it once submitted. Please ensure all your information is accurate before submitting your order, including your discount code.

If you still have not received your purchase within 3 weeks, please notify. Buyer assumes any and all duties and customs costs for orders shipping outside of the U.S. and will be contacted in advance should additional charges need to be made. All domestic shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.

 

I ordered a custom for my Chapter or line but we changed our minds and no longer like the items and want our money back.

We apologize that you don’t like your order and we can give you up to 20% in-store credit for custom bulk line or Chapter orders. Once you approve the mock-up given to you are agreeing on the design, material of the item, and color scheme and you forfeit your right to a full store credit refund.

 

My order was canceled and refunded automatically.
